Samuel Allerton

Samuel Allerton (b. 1976) is a South African sculptor based in Franschhoek, in the Cape Winelands, who works in the traditional mediums of bronze, wood and stone. Trained at the Michaelis School of Fine Art in Cape Town, he draws on the natural world — animals, wild spaces and environmental themes — and is represented by Everard Read Franschhoek.
